Eleanor M. (Colonna) Palladini

Eleanor M. Palladini, 90, formerly of Ambridge, on Friday, January 22, 2016, God decided to call one of his most precious angels back home.

Born January 23, 1925, a longtime resident of Ambridge. Beloved mother of Vince Palladini and Novina (Casuccio) Palladini. She was blessed with four grandchildren, Marie Casuccio (Brian McKinsey), Nina Casuccio-Dziki (Michael Dziki), Vinnie Palladini and Rocco Palladini (Megan Berner). Her life was continuously blessed with three angels, her great- grandsons, Matteo Anthony Joseph Casuccio, Nicholas Joseph Michael Dziki and Jude Marciano Palladini. Also survived by one sister, Gloria (Sam) Ranaldi and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Palladini in 1999; a son-in-law, Joseph A. Casuccio in 2011; a daughter-in-law, Evelyn Palladini in 2010, and her beloved brothers and sister who have gone before her.

In her last few months, her thoughts and prayers were to be reunited with her mother, Novena Colonna, who was taken from her early in life. May we keep her in our prayers to make her journey complete.

Friends will be received Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the BOHN-MATICH FUNERAL HOME INC., 1099 Maplewood Ave., Ambridge, where a service will be held Thursday at 10:45 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian burial at 11:30 a.m. at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Monaca, with Rev. Father Michael Ruffalo officiating.

Entombment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery.
