Patricia L. (Wassum) Miller

Patricia L. (Wassum) Miller, 85, of Baden, died Tuesday, February 17, 2015, at Heritage Valley Sewickley.

Born July 24, 1929, in Sewickley, a daughter of the late Homer and Margaret Gray Wassum, she had been a nurse at Sewickley Valley Hospital for many years. She was a member of the Economy Women's Club, Eastern Star, and the Sewickley Valley Alumni Association. She was a proud graduate of Sewickley Valley School of Nursing, Class of 1950.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Alexander Miller, in 1997, and a sister, Faye Reda.

Surviving are three daughters and a son-in-law, Sandy and Gary Nordstrom, Westerville, OH; Wendy Miller, Center Twp., and Amy Miller, Baden; two grandchildren, Brett and his wife Kelly Nordstrom, Worthington, OH, and Kristin Nordstrom and Chris Logan, Westerville, OH; two great-grandchildren, Jude Nordstrom, Worthington, OH, and Aubrey Logan, Westerville, OH; a sister and brother-in-law, Wilma and Frank Signorelli, Baden; a brother-in-law, Marshall Reda, Beaver Falls; additional family members include Jill Morrison and Kelly Morrison, both of Center Twp., and Cindy Cvetovich, Industry; her dachshund, Lucy, and many nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received Thursday from 2 to 8 p.m. in the BOHN-MATICH FUNERAL HOME INC., 1099 Maplewood Ave., Ambridge, where a service will be held Friday at 9:30 a.m. with the Rev. Cletus Fahrion officiating.

Interment will follow in Rehoboth Cemetery.
