Geoffrey D. Edmondson

Geoffrey D. Edmondson, 84, formerly of Harmony Twp., died Saturday, April 25, 2015, in his daughter's home.

Born Dec. 7, 1930, in Ambridge, a son of the late Alfred E. and Mary Gresock Edmondson, he was retired from RB&W Co., Coraopolis. He was a member of the Good Samaritan Church.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Eunice M. Edmondson, on Nov. 26, 2007; a daughter, Janine Owens, in 2013 and two brothers, Alfred E. and William Edmondson.

He is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, Geoffrey D. II and Patricia Edmondson, Harmony Twp.; Terry Edmondson and Anna Stevens, Independence Twp.; one daughter and son-in-law, Tami and Ed Deutsch, Aliquippa; a son-in-law, John Owens, Darlington; one sister, Mercedes Ruckman, Labelle, FL; 10 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Friends will be received Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the BOHN-MATICH FUNERAL HOME INC., 1099 Maplewood Ave., Ambridge, where a service will be held Wednesday at 9 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian burial at 9:30 a.m. in the Good Samaritan Church.

Interment will follow in Sylvania Hills Memorial Park.
