Teresa (Perri) Carifo

Teresa Carifo, 96, of Baden, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, on Thursday November 17, 2022. Teresa was the daughter of the late Pasquale Perri and Rosa Agostini Perri Inzirillo. She was born on November 3, 1926, in Plati, Italy. A few years later, they moved to northern Italy, where she and her family endured and survived the hardships of WW II. In 1948, she boarded a ship and emigrated from Italy to the United States. Teresa was known for her amazing sewing skills, her fantastic homemade meals, and her endearing unselfish love for her family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, John Carifo and her beautiful niece, Rosetta Perri. Surviving are two sons and daughter-in-law, John and Gail Carifo, Hugo Carifo, two daughters and sons-in-law, Rose and Peter Pucci, Fran and James Good, her beloved brother and sister-in-law, Romano and Vittoria Perri, seven grandchildren, Renee Draganac (Kevin), Pietro Pucci (Nicole), James Good Jr. (Eve), Jason Good (Hilary), Christina Saville (Ben), Joshua Good (Jamee), Joseph Good (Morgan), seventeen great-grandchildren, Brittani Hysong (Justin), Nadine Trimble (Thomas), Elisabetta and Pietro Pucci, James III, Jack, Jenifer, and Julia Good, Levi, Gavin, and Tessa Good, Martino and Cristina Saville, Joshua Jr., Brooklynn and Reggie Good, and Gabriella Good, as well as two great-great-grandchildren, Alivia and Justin Hysong. Her niece Maria Cimarusti and nephew Patsy Perri (Diane), Romano Perri (Angelina), and a special thank you to her nephew Frank Perri, who visited her every day. Great nephews, Christopher Cimarusti, Matthew and Luke Perri and great-niece, Brooke Perri and special friend of the family, Warren Jones. Teresa often quoted, “ I am rich in family”. She truly was and will be greatly missed by all of us. Friends and family will be received Sunday November 20, 2022, from 1-5 ,BOHN-MATICH FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 1099 Maplewood Ave., Ambridge. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday November 21, 2022 at 10:00am, St Luke the Evangelist Parish/ St John The Baptist Catholic Church, Baden. Everyone please meet at the church. Interment will follow at Economy Cemetery.
