Robert E. McClain

Robert E. McClain, 69, of Center Twp., died Saturday December 23, 2023, at home. Born August 8, 1954, Sewickley, he was the son of the late Donald and Margaret Mawhinney McClain. He was retired from PennDot and was a US Marine Vietnam veteran. Surviving are his wife, Kathie Toomey McClain, two sons, David and Jason McClain, one daughter, Bobbie Jo Fanase and Andrew Schmidt, two grandchildren, Carter Ryan Fanase and Gabrielle Schmidt, one sister and brother-in-law, Donna and Jim Henke. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Sandy Wiles. Friends will be received Thursday December 28, 2023 from 5-7, BOHN-MATICH FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 1099 Maplewood Ave., Ambridge, followed by a funeral service at 7:00pm. A private interment will take place at Sylvania Hills Memorial Park. The Beaver County Special Unit will meet at 5:00pm,at the funeral home, to provide full military honors.
