Obituary

Robert J. Borowski, 75, of Economy Boro, died Monday January 23, 2023, PAM Specialty Health Hospital at Heritage Valley. Born March 4, 1947, Natrona Heights, he was the son of the late Stanley Borowski and Mary Soltyciak Bak. He was retired from Folino Construction Co., Oakmont, and was a US Navy veteran. Surviving are his loving companion, Patricia “Trish” Allison, one step-son, Daniel Allison and Anna Stock, Economy Boro, he was known as MAB to his four grandchildren, Randall, Tessa, Nate and Liam, one brother and sister-in-law, Stanley Jr. and Marlene Borowski, New Kensington, one brother-in-law, Ed Nycz, Natrona and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Bernard Borowski and two sisters, Helen Nycz and Florence Van Tuyl. Friends will be received Saturday January 28, 2023 from 10:00am-1:00pm, BOHN-MATICH FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 1099 Maplewood Ave., Ambridge. The family requests that everyone please dress casual. In lieu of flowers, donation can be made to one’s favorite charity in his memory.
