Patricia F. (Campbell) Pazzanita Obituary
Patricia F. “Trish” Pazzanita, 67, of Lewis Run, Pa., formerly of Ambridge, Pa. and Buckeye, Arizona, is absent from the body and in the arms of our Lord, Jesus Christ. On Friday, July 24, 2026, surrounded by her loving husband, children, family, and a dear friend, Trish was blessed with the promise of eternal life in Heaven through her faith and belief in Jesus Christ. “For whoever believes in the Lord Jesus Christ shall be saved”. (Acts 16:31a). Born November 7, 1958, she was the daughter of the late Chauncey and Frances (Bular) Campbell. Trish was an amazing woman whose vibrant spirit, infectious laughter, and unwavering love for her family touched everyone fortunate enough to know her. After graduating from Ambridge Area High School in 1977, Trish built a life defined by hard work, determination and an entrepreneurial spirit. While raising her four sons, she became a nail technician and proudly opened her own business. Her strong work ethic and caring nature later led her to co-own a personal care home, where she devoted herself to caring for others with compassion and dignity. In 2007, Trish embraced a new adventure and moved to Buckeye, Arizona, where she spent the next 18 years. Because of her love for horses, Trish became an Arizona cowgirl and rode her horses as often as she could. Horseback riding with her husband was very special to her. There she began a new career as a detention officer, serving with strength, resilience, and professionalism until her retirement. Although she built a successful career, her greatest joy was always her family. She was a devoted mother to her four sons and always put their needs before her own. Trish was a very loving “Bubby” to her five grandchildren. They were the center of her world, and nothing brought her greater happiness than spending time with them. She loved the warmth of the sun, the peacefulness of the beach, and the beauty of music. Blessed with a beautiful singing voice, she found joy in sharing songs with those around her. Trish was an exceptional cook and found joy in preparing meals that brought her family together. Her kitchen was filled with warmth, laughter, and the love she poured into every dish. Those who knew Trish, will remember her quick wit, great sense of humor, and ability to light up every room she entered. She was often the life of the party, never afraid to speak her mind, and her honesty was always matched by her kindness. She loved deeply, gave generously, and formed lasting friendships. If you were fortunate enough to be loved by her, you knew it without question. Her strength, laughter, and unconditional love leave a legacy that will live on in the hearts of her family and friends forever. In addition to her parents, Trish was preceded in death by her only brother, David Campbell. She will be sadly missed by her loving husband, Peter Pazzanita; her four loving sons, Shawn (Amber) Pazzanita of Arizona, Peter J. Pazzanita of Monaca, Christian Pazzanita of Arizona, and Vincent Pazzanita of Arizona; her five grandchildren, Taya, Logan, Aubrie, Paxton, and Kash; her sisters and brothers-in-law, Kathleen Carroll and Robert Smith of Fisher, Pa., and Erin and Gary Swaoger of Coraopolis; many nieces and nephews; and her devoted dear friend, Lynn Katekovich of Baden. In accordance with Trish’s wishes, there will be no viewing. The family will hold a private celebration of life at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made, if desired, to the American Cancer Society or the Cancer Research Institute.
