Patricia Jean Desko, born October 9, 1942, passed peacefully on December 5, 2025, in Chesterfield, Virginia, surrounded by love. Patricia lived a life centered on caring for others. A devoted mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, she found her greatest joy in her family. As an Italian descendant, family truly was everything to her, and she showed her love best through cooking, gathering everyone together, and making sure no one ever left her home hungry. She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Rose and Edward A. Ragozine; her sister, Genevieve “Jane” Villella; and her husband, William Desko Sr. She is survived by her brother, Edward J. Ragozine; her son, William Desko Jr., and daughter-in-law, Jenny Desko; her two beautiful granddaughters, Giuliana and Penelope; and her cherished nephews, Carl, Chris (Kim), and Jody Villella, and their families. Patricia spent her career as a hairdresser, touching countless lives not only through her talent and creativity, but through her warmth, kindness, and the conversations she shared with everyone who sat in her chair. She lived most of her life in Economy, Pennsylvania, where she built lasting friendships and deep family roots. Above all else, Patricia loved her family deeply and treasured every moment spent with them. Her love and legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. A memorial service will be held at Good Samaritan Catholic Church in Ambridge, Pennsylvania, at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, January 10, 2026.A luncheon will follow at Jericho Hall.
