Nicholas Stephen Shanayda

Nicholas Stephen Shanayda, 62, formerly of Ambridge, died February 12, 2026, Bellevue, Washington. Born February 14, 1963, Sewickley, he was the son of the late, Nicholas and Rose Savie Shanayda. He was employed by Boeing as an aerospace engineer. He was a member of St Peter & Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church and was also an Eagle scout. Hs is survived by an aunt, Shirley Moore, five cousins, Nancy Savie, Debbie (John) Boczar, Karen Savie, P.J. Savie and Susan Seaman, Debbie ( Mairaj) Junejo. Friends will be received Saturday March 21, 2026 from 9:00am until time of Memorial Service at 11:00am, BOHN-MATICH FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES, Inc., 1099 Maplewood Ave., Ambridge. Interment will take place at a later date.
