. Mary C. Shillingburg, 56, of Ambridge, died Sunday August 22, 2021, at home. Born December 22, 1964, Sewickley, she was the daughter of the late John J. and Theresa J. Baum Shuster. She was a member of St Mary’s Byzantine Catholic Church, Ambridge Eagles Ladies Auxiliary and was a pierogi worker at the church. Surviving are one son, R.J. Slappo, Belle Vernon, one daughter, Nicole Slappo and her fiancé Danny Espina, Dania, FL, two brothers and sisters-in-law, Frank M. and Candace Shuster, Monaca, John “Jay” and Patty Shuster, Ambridge, one sister and brother-in-law, Susan “Susie” and John Niaros, Harmony Twp., three grandchildren, Layla and Jaxon Slappo and Kylie Shillingburg, two step-daughters, Shanda Shillingburg, West Aliquippa, Justeen Shillingburg, Ambridge, former husbands, Richard “Dickie” Slappo, Conway, Rodney Shillingburg, West Aliquippa, lifelong friend, Dan Gintner, Ambridge, many nieces and nephews. Friends will be received Wednesday August 25, 2021 from 2-4 and 6-8 BOHN-MATICH FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES,INC., 1099 Maplewood Ave.,Ambridge, where a Panahyda Service will be held Thursday August 26, 2021 at 9:30am, followed by a Divine Liturgy for the repose of her soul at 10:00am at St Mary’s Byzantine Catholic Church, Ambridge.
