Mary Ann Kirish, 85, of Economy Boro, fell asleep peacefully on Friday November 4, 2022. Born August 8, 1937, West Aliquippa, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Helen Kovach Svedok. She was retired from Mellon Bank, a member of St John Orthodox Church and she loved to bake and do ceramics. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband John Kirish, one brother, Thomas M. Svedok and one sister, Helen F. Bufalini. Surviving are one son and daughter-in-law, John C. and Barbara Kirish, Economy, one daughter and son-in-law, Anastasia and Bob Meegan, Florida, three grandchildren, Makaela Kirish, Devin and Trevor Meegan. Friends will be received Wednesday November 9, 2022 from 5-8, BOHN-MATICH FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 1099 Maplewood Ave., Ambridge. A Funeral Service will be held Thursday November 10,2022 at 9:00am, St John Orthodox Church, (everyone please meet at the church), with Fr. Marc Wisnosky, officiating. Entombment will follow at Sylvania Hills Mausoleum. A Panachida will be held Wednesday at 7:00pm in the funeral home.
