Lovell (Tocarchick) Kertis

Lovell (Lovie) Kertis, 86, of Conway, died Monday July 22, 2024, Good Samaritan Hospice, Wexford. Born June 27, 1938, Barnes Boro, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Wasyl and Anna Gromsiak Tocarchick. She was a member of the former Our Lady of Peace Christian Mothers. Surviving are one son and daughter-in-law, Christopher and Chrissy Kertis, Economy, one daughter and son-in-law, Susan and Ken Ruckel, Wexford, five grandchildren, Cole, Emma, Tyler, Ryan and Makenzie, one sister, Magdalene Sapp, Northern Cambria. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, John Tocarchick and four sisters, Julie, Mary, Cathy and Margaret. Friends will be received Thursday July 25, 2024 from 2-4 & 6-8, BOHN-MATICH FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES. INC., 1099 Maplewood Ave., Ambridge, where a service will be held on Friday July 26, 2024 at 9:30am, followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00am, St Peter & Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church, with Fr. Michael Polosky, officiating. Interment will follow at St. Peter & Paul Cemetery. A Parastas Service will be held Thursday at 6:00pm at the funeral home.
