Leslie Gerard Smith

Leslie Gerard Smith, 81, of Baden, died Friday May 17, 2024, Heritage Valley Beaver. Born July 13, 1942, Rochester, he was the son of the late, Richard and Wanda Mullen Smith. He worked at multiple banks in the area. He was a member of St Luke the Evangelist/ Good Samaritan Church and was a US Army veteran. He devoted his life to his family, who he put above all things, including himself. He adored his children and grandchildren, who completed his life. He was a devout catholic who believed that all good things came from God, he has now been called home for eternal life. Surviving is the love of his life for over 60 years, Dolores Kerecman Smith, one son and daughter-in-law, Brian and Hui Lin Smith, Arizona, two daughters and son-in-law, Heather and Andy Roesch, Latrobe, Lesley Hallas and James Gnoth, Beaver, six grandchildren, Hannah Hallas, Christine Smith, Jonah Hallas, Colin Smith, Sarah Hallas and Logan Roesch, one sister, Luana Honkus, Hopewell Twp., and many nieces and nephews. Friends will be received Tuesday May 21, 2024 from 2-4 & 6-8, BOHN-MATICH FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 1099 Maplewood Ave., Ambridge, where a service will be held Wednesday at 10:00am, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30am, Good Samaritan Church. Interment will follow Good Samaritan Cemetery.
