Jonathan G. Armstrong

Jonathan G. Armstrong, 67, of Fair Oaks, died Saturday September 10, 2022, at home. Born April 21, 1955, Fountain Hill, Pa., he was the son of the late Frederick and Elizabeth Bertha Armstrong. He was retired from the PA Turnpike Commission, where he once rescued people from a burning car. He loved his dogs, Severus and Sidney and also loved to read. Surviving are is wife, Alicia Soman Armstrong, one son and daughter-in-law, Jonathan and Brenda Armstrong, Upper St. Clair, two daughters and son-in-law, Emily Armstrong, Fair Oaks, Rachel Armstrong and her husband, Lance Housley, South Carolina, six grandchildren, Harper, Lily, Quinn, Wyatt, Logan, and Ashton, one brother, Frederick Armstrong, Sewickley, one sister, Pamela Armstrong and her partner, Francis McBride, New Hampshire. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother Michael Armstrong. There will be no viewing, BOHN-MATICH FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 1099 Maplewood Ave., Ambridge, is in charge of arrangements.
