Joan A. (Bondi) Bartolacci

Joan A. (Smallis) Bartolacci, 88, of New Kensington, died Monday June 8, 2026, UPMC Mercy. Born May 14, 1938, Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late Philip and Ann Phyllis Poskon Bondi. She worked at Old Economy Village and Duquesne University. She was a member of St. Luke the Evangelist/ Good Samaritan Church, SOI Club, New Kensington and the Ambridge Wolves Club. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Richard J. Smallis, her second husband, Gaspare Bartolacci and her daughter, Lorelei Price. Surviving are two sons, Richard (Pam) Smallis. Moon Twp., Michael Smallis (Sam Cruz), New Kensington, one daughter, Leah (Roger) McCracken, Cranberry Twp., eleven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. Friends will be received on Thursday June 11, 2026 from 2-4 & 6-8, BOHN-MATICH FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 1099 Maplewood Ave., Ambridge, where a service will be held Friday June 12, 2026 at 10:00am, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30am, Good Samaritan Church. Interment will follow at Good Samaritan Cemetery.
