Jerome E. Patalas

Jerome E. Patalas Sr., 78, of Economy Boro, died Sunday January 7, 2024, at home. Born July 20, 1945, Pittsburgh, he was the son of the late Edward J. and Anna Hettish Patalas. He was retired from Norfolk Southern Railroad with 30 years of service. He was a member of the former Our Lady Of Peace Catholic Church, Conway CFU, Ambridge Eagles and was an avid Steeler fan. Surviving are his wife of 56 years, Carol Wing Patalas, one son, Jerome (J.) E. Patalas Jr and his partner, David Thomas, Atlanta, two daughters and sons-in-law, Laura and Carrington Carter, West Virginia, Melissa and Christopher Robinson, Beaver, six grandchildren, Joshua(Marina), Charleigh, Maddison and Jordyn Carter, Tanner and Colton Robinson. Friends will be received Wednesday January 10, 2024 from 2-6, BOHN-MATICH FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 1099 Maplewood Ave., Ambridge, followed by a Blessing Service at 6:00pm.
