Jason Joseph Vanyo

Jason Joseph Vanyo, 43, of Monaca, died Thursday February 16, 2023, UPMC Altoona. Born April 23, 1979, Sewickley, he was the son of Joseph J. Jr. and Judy A. Smith Vanyo, Monaca. In addition to his parents, he is survived by one son, Hunter Vanyo, Baden, one sister, Jolene Vanyo Dourlain, Shaler, three nieces, Dana Vanyo, Harmony Twp., Jordan Dourlain, Philadelphia, Ryann Dourlain, Shaler, one nephew, Eric Jr. and Ashley Vanyo, three great-nephews, Liam, Levi and Luca Vanyo, all of Harmony Twp., one sister-in-law, Sandy Vanyo, Baden. He was preceded in death by a brother, Eric Vanyo Sr., paternal grandparents, Joseph Sr. and Eva Vanyo, maternal grandparents, Charles and Nettie Smith. As per his request, there will be no viewing. BOHN-MATICH FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 1099 Maplewood Ave., Ambridge, is in charge of arrangements.
