Janet L. Jula, 72, of Economy Boro, died Saturday July 15, 2023, at home. Born April 28, 1951, Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late J. Walter and Genevieve Cotton Schaffer. She worked as a mortgage processor for many companies and was a member of Our Lady Of Peace Catholic Church and was a graduate of Ambridge High School class of 1969. Surviving are her husband, John Jula, one son, Michael Jula, Conway, one daughter, Kimberly Coates, Ambridge, one grandson, Dan Jula and Kate Goettmann, one brother and sister-in-law, John and Amy Schaffer, Cranberry Twp., one sister and brother-in-law, Susan and Mark Antonini, Economy Boro, and many nieces and nephews. As per Janet’s wishes, there will be no viewing. If desired, contributions can be made to The Wildlife Center of Virginia at, support.wildlifecenter.org.
