Jacqueline A. Elko Obituary

Jacqueline A. Elko, 83, of Bell Acres Boro, died Thursday February 24, 2022, Heritage Valley Beaver. Born March 6, 1938, Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Betty Irwin Steiner. She was a longtime member of the Bell Acres Boro Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles T. Elko and one sister Hazel Phillips. Surviving are one son, Charles E. Elko, Baden, one daughter, Lisa Elko, Conway, two grandchildren, Josh and Zachary Elko, adopted daughter, Tina Hesky, Conway, two brothers and sister-in-law, David and Margaret Steiner, Shaler, Daryle “Butch” Steiner, Lebanon, Pa., one sister, Patricia Gordon, Bethel Park, her beloved cat, Scooter. There will be no viewing. Interment will take place at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies. BOHN-MATICH FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 1099 Maplewood Ave, is in charge of arrangements.
