Irma Ruth (Heckel) Bellas

Irma Ruth (Heckel) Bellas Ambridge Irma Ruth (Heckel) Bellas, 89, of Ambridge, died Friday, July 5, 2019, in Good Samaritan Hospice, Wexford. Born January 9, 1930, in Rochester, she was a daughter of the late Leo and Thelma Mae Gilpin Heckel. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Gus Bellas Sr., on January 2, 2001; three brothers, Ralph, Kenneth and Ernest Heckel. Surviving are one son, Gus Bellas, Jr., Ambridge; one daughter and son-in-law, Jerri and Timothy Mickey, Ambridge; two grandchildren, Justin Mickey and his fiancée, Paige and Benjamin Mickey; a stepdaughter, Sophie; a special niece, Crystal Karenchak, Harrisburg. Friends will be received Tuesday from 2 to 8 p.m. in the BOHN-MATICH FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 1099 Maplewood Ave., Ambridge, where a blessing service will be held on Wednesday at 10 a.m. in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Sylvania Hills Memorial Park. A special thanks to Lori and Lisa for their care they gave Irma.
