Helen Minnick

Helen Minnick, 102, formerly of Fair Oaks, died Saturday November 2, 2024, Rochester Villa. Born November 14, 1921, Ambridge, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Pearl Kowalchik Minnick. She was retired from the Internal Revenue Service as an office collection representative. She was a member of Holy Ghost Orthodox Church and she had a special talent for art, where some of her artwork appeared in museums over the years. Surviving are special friends, Linda T. Whitford and family, Moon Twp., and Karen Chuhran and family, Hopewell Twp. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers, John, Michael, Paul and Andy Minnick, two sisters, Marie Baysura and Mable Minnick and a beloved niece, Nancy M. Thompson. Friends will be received Thursday November 7, 2024 from 10:00am until time of service at 10:30am, BOHN-MATICH FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 1099 Maplewood Ave., Ambridge. Interment will follow Economy Cemetery.
