Franzee Barlamas
Ambridge - . Franzee "Frank" Barlamas, 86, of Ambridge, went to be with his lord and savior on Wednesday March 10,2021, at Heritage Valley Sewickley. Born June 19,1934, Ambridge, he was the son of the late Alexander and Constance Tsacalis Barlamas. Frank was a self-employed businessman, who was the past owner of Economy Painting Co., Atlas Beverage Co., Barlamas Luncheonette, Willow's Pool Club, Viores Candies, Franzee/Javy's Banquet Halls and Johnny's Sandwich Shop. He was an active member of Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, past recipient of St. Photios Diocesan Service Award, Beaver Valley AHEPA, Ambridge GAPA, 50 year member of Ambridge Masonic Lodge #701,Chapter Icaros #7. Surviving are his wife of 65 Years, Constance Viores Barlamas, his children, Alex and Diana Barlamas, Harmony Twp., Yvonne Barlamas, Ambridge, John and Leanna Barlamas, Conway, Vasilia and Shawn Gradek, Harmony Twp., seven grandchildren, Constance, Georgia, Franzee, Costa, Joanne, Alexsia and Adam, one brother and sister-in-law, William and Katherine Barlamas, Harmony Twp., and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a grandson Konstantin "Kosta" Barlamas. Friends will be received Sunday March 14,2021 from 1-8 at Franzee's Banquet Hall, 1300 Merchant Street ,Ambridge. Additional viewing will be held Monday March 15,2021 from 9:00am until time of Funeral Service at 12:00pm at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, with Fr. Anastasios Athanasiou, officiating. Interment will follow at Economy Cemetery. BOHN-MATICH FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES,INC., 1099 Maplewood Ave., Ambridge is in charge of arrangements. Ambridge Masonic Lodge #701 will conduct a service Sunday at 2:30pm, Beaver Valley AHEPA will conduct a service Sunday at 4:30pm and a Trisagion Service will be held Sunday at 7:00pm.
