Diane (Legge) Casello, 91, of Ambridge, departed this life and was called home to be with the Lord on Sunday May 5, 2024, at home, surrounded by her loving family. Born December 23, 1932, Aliquippa, she was the daughter of the late Patsy and Ruth (Troiano) Legge. Diane graduated from Aliquippa High School. She worked for Tekram Employment Agency, the “News” Newspaper and WBVP/WMBA radio stations in the advertising industry. She also worked for The Royal Tile and Carpet Center for her son, in Ambridge. She was a member of St Luke the Evangelist/ Good Samaritan Church, Italian Women’s Club and Circle of Friends, all in Ambridge. She enjoyed playing bingo with her friends, attending and supporting her grandchildren in sports and dance competitions. She loved to cook Italian dishes for her family and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 65 years, Eugene Casello, brothers, Elio (Rose) Legge, Raymond Legge, David Legge, brother-in-law, Frank Casello, son-in-law, Mark Hochevar, grandson, Kyle Eugene Hochevar and her beloved pet, Glory. She will missed by her three children, Dean (Paula) Casello, Darlene Hochevar, Jenine (Danny) Persuit, all of Ambridge, brother, Patsy (Gloria) Legge, Chester, NY, sister-in-law, Joan Casello, Ridley Park, PA, grandchildren: Elise Casello, Kara (Michael) Coulter, James Casello, Derek (Yaneydis) Persuit, Dean (Jaye Marie) Casello, Kelsey Persuit, Emily Casello and Janelle Persuit, great-grandchildren: Camryn Coulter, Deyanis Persuit, Chase Coulter, Paisley Casello, Caleb Coulter and Deion Persuit soon to arrive. Loving nieces, Debbie, Sylvia, Lynn, Jennifer and Kristen and nephews, Al Jr. and David and many great-nieces and nephews. A special thanks to our extended family, Jocelyn (Justin) Crossland and Virginia Sabol. Friends will be received Thursday May 9, 2024 from 3-7, BOHN-MATICH FUNERAL & CREMATIONS SERVICES, INC., 1099 Maplewood Ave., Ambridge. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday May 10, 2024 at 10:30am, Good Samaritan Church, Everyone Please Meet At The Church. A private interment will take place at Economy Cemetery.
