Despina (Hages) Paleos

Despina (Daisy) Paleos, 96, formerly of Fair Oaks, died Sunday September 6, 2026, Seneca Place, Verona. Born March 19, 1930, Aliquippa, PA., she was the daughter of the late Gregoris and Efterpi Hages. She was retired from the Social Security Office, Ambridge, member of Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, Ambridge and a former member of Kimisis Tis Theotokou Church, Aliquippa. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jack G. Paleos, two brothers, Ted and Alex Hages and one sister, Maria Kokales. Surviving are many nieces and nephews. Friends will be received on Friday September 11, 2026 from 10:00am until time of Funeral Service at 11:00am, Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, with Fr. Anastasios Athanasiou, officiating. Interment will follow at Economy Cemetery. BOHN-MATICH FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 1099 Maplewood Ave., Ambridge, is in charge of arrangements.
