Charlotte Ann (Gulish) Duzicky, 60, of Fair Oaks, passed away peacefully on Friday February 9, 2024, surrounded by family after a courageous battle with ovarian cancer. Born November 5, 1963, Carmichaels, PA., she was the daughter of Andrew Gulish, Sewickley, and the late CeDellia Bradley Gulish. She was a 1981 graduate of Quaker Valley. After working at Eat ‘n Park in Edgeworth for 5 years, she went on to have a 30 year career in sales and hospitality with Marriott. In addition to her mother, Charlotte was preceded in death by her brother, Andy Gulish; and her husband, John Duzicky Sr. Surviving are her father, Andrew Gulish, two sons and daughter-in-law, Brian and Dayna Gulish, John Duzicky III (Larissa Stec), two brothers and sisters-in-law, Duane and Phyllis Gulish, Jeff and Shana Gulish and her grandchildren who she adored most, Bennett Mac and Ryan DeAnna. A devoted member of North Way Christian Community, she was supported in her cancer fight by fellow parishioners, best friends, co-workers and the local community. She enjoyed crafting, reading books, playing with her grandchildren and live local music, including her favorite band, Johnny Angel and the Halos. A private viewing and service were held on Tuesday February 13, 2024 at BOHN-MATICH FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 1099 Maplewood Ave., Ambridge. Interment followed at Good Samaritan Cemetery. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday February 17, 2024 at 10:00am, North Way Christian Community Sewickley Campus, 200 Deer Run Rd., Sewickley, Pa., 15143.
