Robert J. O'Palka

Robert J. O’Palka Conway Robert J. O’Palka, 67, of Conway, died Friday, October 11, 2019, at home. Born August 14, 1952, in Sewickley, a son of the late Paul and Helen Roman O’Palka, he was employed at General Mail Facility of Pittsburgh. He was a member of Saints Peter and Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church where he was a very active member. Robert was also a member of SNPJ, an avid bowler, a huge Pirates fan and he enjoyed spending time with his sons. Surviving are two sons, Robert P. O’Palka and Chase D. O’Palka, both of Conway. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Paul O’Palka, October 10, 2012. Friends will be received Monday from 4 to 8 p.m. in BOHN-MATICH FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 1099 Maplewood Ave., Ambridge, where a service will be held Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. followed by a funeral Mass at 10 a.m. in Saints Peter and Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church with the Rev. Father Michael Polosky officiating. Interment to follow in Saints Peter and Paul Cemetery. Parastas service will be held Monday evening at 7:30 p.m. in the funeral home.
