Mary M. Gintner, 92, of Ambridge died on Tuesday, March 5, 2019, at Heritage Valley, Sewickley. Born November 27, 1926, in Ambridge, the daughter of the late Joseph and Elizabeth (Spires) Cassidy. She was member of the Good Samaritan Church in Ambridge. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alonzo J. Gintner on November 26, 2009. She is survived by four sons, Thomas (Sharon) Gintner of Daphne, Ala., Dan Gintner and Debra Kennedy, of Ambridge, James (Maggie) Gintner of Warren, Ohio and Ed Gintner and Patty Dziabiak of Ambridge; two daughters and sons-in-law, Bernadette (Robert) Jablonowski and Therese (Kelly) Hitt, all of Economy Borough; 14 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren and two sisters-in-law, Lucy Cassidy, Baden and Kay Azadian, Sewickley. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by five brothers, William, Joseph, Donald, James and Edward Cassidy and one sister, Anna M. Cassidy. Friends will be received on Saturday, March 9, 2019, from 5 to 8 p.m. and on Sunday, March 10, 2019, from 1 to 3 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the BOHN-MATICH FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 1099 Maplewood Ave., Am-bridge, where a service will be held at 10:30 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian burial at 11 a.m. at Good Samaritan Church. Interment will follow at Good Samaritan Cemetery. The family wishes to thank Sister Ann Zita and the all the caregivers who helped in so many ways.
