Martha (Towcimak) Rapso

Martha (Marge) Rapso, 92, of Ambridge died Sunday, March 24, 2019, at Rochester Villa. Born February 22, 1927, in Ambridge the daughter of the late Nicholas and Mary Evans Towcimak. She was a retired teacher with the Ambridge School District and a member of the Holy Ghost Orthodox Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Rapso in 2002; a son, Michael Rapso; a daughter, Jackie Rapso and a great granddaughter, Arianna Montellanico. Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Kim Rapso, Cranberry Twp.; a daughter and son-in-law, Michaelene and Michael Scheponik, Harmony Twp.; six grandchildren, Jennifer Montellanico, Cole and Kylie Rapso, Shawn Scheponik, Nicole Rock, and Easton Hashimi and two sisters, Dorothy Zang, Colo. and Mildred Metelsky, Economy Borough. Friends will be received Tuesday, March 26, 2019, from 3 p.m. until the time of Parastas service at 7:30 p.m. at BOHN-MATICH FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 1099 Maplewood Ave., Ambridge with Translation of the body to follow to Holy Ghost Orthodox Church where a funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 10 am. with the Very Reverend Father William Evansky officiating. Interment will follow at Economy Cemetery. The family would like to thank the Staff at Rochester Villa and Amedisys Hospice for the loving care and support they gave Marge.
