Lois A. Rotondo Harmony Township Lois A. Rotondo, 77, of Harmony Twp.(Byersdale), died on Wednesday, January 17, 2018, at Good Samaritan Hospice, Wexford. Born March 19, 1940, in Ambridge, a daughter of the late Edward A. and Mary (Kremmel) Dreyer, Lois was a 1958 graduate of St. Veronica High School. She was a retired nurse who worked years for Sewickley Valley Hospital and later Sewickley Pediatrics. She was a member of Good Samaritan Church, Ambridge. She loved her family and grandchildren and was always the first to help sick or elderly friends and family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 56 years, Ronald F. Rotondo, in 2016; brothers, James E. Dreyer and David L Dreyer, and brothers-in-law, Richard A. Rotondo and William Skidmore. Surviving are three sons and two daughters-in-law, Frederick Rotondo, Harmony Twp.; Thomas and Kelly Rotondo, Elizabethtown, Pa., and Joseph and Desiree Rotondo, Harmony Twp.; one daughter and son-in-law, Lynda and Jeff Smith, Williamsburg, Va.; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Charles and Mary Kay Dreyer, Wixom, Mich.; Edward and Cindy Dreyer, Pottstown, Pa., and John and Marie Dreyer, Dickinson, Texas; one sister, Carol Skidmore, Beaver; one brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Ralph and Mary Ann Rotondo, Trenton, Mich.; one sister-in-law, Melissa Rotondo, Fountain Valley, Calif.; ten grandchildren, Mandy, Ciara, Christopher, Chloe, Caylin, Cidney, Adrien, and Cosette Rotondo, Sebastian Smith, and Christina Gima, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. The family would like to especially thank Kathleen Polinsky, Lois’ cousin, for her assistance in caring for Lois during her short battle with cancer as well as all the staff at Good Samaritan Hospice in Wexford for making Lois comfortable in her final days. Friends will be received Sunday 1 to 5 p.m. in the BOHN-MATICH FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 1099 Maplewood Ave., Ambridge, where a service will be held Monday at 9 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian burial at 9:30 a.m. in Good Samaritan Church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Good Samaritan Hospice, 146 Neely Road, Wexford, PA 15090
