Karen I. (Shearer) Long

Karen I. Long, 66, of Economy Borough, died Thursday, February 7, 2019, at Good Samaritan Hospice, Beaver. Born October 5, 1952, in Rochester the daughter of the late Eugene and Bessie Shearer. She worked for Aetna Insurance and was a member of Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church, Conway. Surviving are her husband, Denzil Long; two daughters, Kelly Long, Beaver Falls and Amanda Long, Economy Borough and one granddaughter, Diamond Sneed, Beaver Falls. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Linda Shearer. Friends will be received Sunday, February 10, 2019, from 1 p.m. until the time of service at 3:45 p.m. at BOHN-MATICH FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 1099 Maplewood Ave., Ambridge.
