JoAnn (Kerns) Capenos

JoAnn (Kerns) Capenos, 81, of Baden, died Monday, April 22, 2019, in Good Samaritan Hospice, Beaver. Born August 12, 1937, in Greenwood, Pa., a daughter of the Kenneth and Louise Confer Kerns, she was employed by Walmart, Cranberry Twp. She was a member of Christ Lutheran Church, Baden. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Blane Capenos, January 11, 2016, and a brother, Keith Kerns. Surviving are a nephew, Michael “Dougie” and Cathy Kerns, Cullman, Ala., and other nieces and nephews. Friends will be received on Wednesday from 10:30 a.m. until time of service at 12:30 p.m. in BOHN-MATICH FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 1099 Maplewood Ave., Ambridge. The Rev. Jill McGregor officiating. Interment will follow Economy Cemetery.
