Esther E. (Fawcett) Santarelli

Esther E. Santarelli, 79, of Baden, passed away Saturday, December 15, 2018, in Concordia at Villa St. Joseph. Born June 22, 1939, in Ambridge, a daughter of the late Charles C. Fawcett Jr. and Helen L. Bittner Fawcett, she was a secretary at Mt. Gallitzin School. She was a member of Good Samaritan Catholic Church, Ambridge, and the Christian Mothers of the church. Surviving are her husband, Ronald Santarelli; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Timothy Santarelli, Port Charlotte, Fla., and Brian and Amy Santarelli, Hanahan, S. C.; two daughters and sons-in-law, Carrie and Charles Lemon, Greenville, S.C., and Diane and George Watterson, Magnoli, Texas; daughter-in-law, Frances Santarelli, Linesville, Pa.; 11 grandchildren, Jeremy and Randy Santarelli, Courtney and Ryan Santarelli, Chad and Bryce Lemon, Kara and Luke Watterson, and Alicia, Zachary, and Colby Santarelli; four brothers and sisters-in-law, Charles C. Fawcett III and Sylvia Fawcett, Negley, Ohio; James and Pamela Fawcett, Florida; John Fawcett, Ambridge; and Edward and Debra Fawcett, Florida; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Margaret and Nelson May, North Carolina, and Helen and Michael Pepperney, Allison Park, Pa. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sons, Scott Santarelli and Thomas Santarelli; and one sister, Marian Cassidy. Friends will be received on Wednesday, December 19, from 4 to 8 p.m. in the BOHN-MATICH FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 1099 Maplewood Ave., Ambridge, where a service will be held Thursday, December 20, at 10:30 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian burial at 11 a.m. at Good Samaritan Catholic Church. The Christian Mother will recite the rosary Wednesday at 4 p.m. in the funeral home.
