Dolores Veronica (Pugliano) Fisher

Dolores Veronica (Pugliano) Fisher, 85, of Fair Oaks, died Thursday, August 10, 2017.

Born December 2, 1931, in Ambridge, a daughter of the late Francesco and Clementina (Mastrean) Pugliano, she was a member of the Good Samaritan Church. Dolores was beautiful and strong willed. Dolores "Old Grandma" was deeply loved and she will be deeply missed. Mom, Grandma, Old Grandma, we love you so much.

Grandma, every weekend I spent with you has brought nothing but love to my heart. I have watched your struggles and learned how strong you truly were. You have helped me become a better person, and showed my boys how to love and have compassion. Mommy, myself and the boys will never forget all the great times we had. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur G. Fisher, on November 2, 1995; six brothers, Angelo, James, Joseph, Robert, Victor and Joey Pugliano, and one sister, Angeline Vaughn.

Dolores leaves behind her only child, Lori Ann and her husband Jay Besong, Fair Oaks; three granddaughters, Winter Marie and her husband Dave Mason, Shanie Lynn Besong and Andy Wanto, and Heather Veronica and her husband Steve Painter; seven great-grandchildren, Ava, Emerson, Carter, Chancellor, Cashton, Stephen and Vincent Arthur; a brother and sister-in-law, William and Rose Pugliano, Georgia, and a sister-in-law, Mamie Pugliano.

A private family viewing was held Saturday, August 12, 2017, in the BOHN-MATICH FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 1099 Maplewood Ave., Ambridge. A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated Saturday in Good Samaritan Church. Private interment followed in Good Samaritan Cemetery.
