David W. Wuycik Ambridge David W. Wuycik, 73, of Ambridge, died Monday, May 6, 2019, in Good Samaritan, Beaver. He was born on January 11, 1946, a son of the late Walter and Luba Louise (Rudnitsky) Wuycik. He was retired from the State of PA and was a member of St Peter and Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church. Surviving are one brother, Dennis M. Wuycik, Chapel Hill N.C.; one sister and brother-in-law, Daria A. and James Wooten, Welcome N.C.; one niece, Carley Wooten, Washington D.C. and one nephew, Samuel James Wooten, Welcome N.C. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Donn R. Wuycik on December 2, 2014. There will be no viewing. A service and interment will take place at a later date. BOHN-MATICH FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 1099 Maplewood Ave., Ambridge, are entrusted with arrangements.
