Theodore Hritsko, 89, formerly of Moon Twp., died Friday, January 15, 2016, in Ohio Valley Hospital.
Born April 6, 1926, in Ambridge, a son of the late Charles and Mary Hritsko, he was retired from the Dick Corp. He was a member of Holy Ghost Orthodox Church, the church choir, Carpenters Union, and was a U.S. Navy World War II veteran.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy M. Hritsko, on April 1, 2014, and a sister, Ann Winsky.
Surviving are three daughters and sons-in-law, Linda and Larry Walter, Kennedy Twp.; Becky and Mickey Belcastro, Westerville, OH, and Barbara and Chuck Fields, Evans City; nine grandchildren, Greg and his wife Christine Gasior, Stephanie and her husband Wes Sheets, Jackie and her husband Matt Pollino, Valerie and Zachary Gasior, Justin Fields, Amy and her husband David Van Atta, and Christopher and Nick Belcastro; four great-grandchildren, Abbie and Landon Sheets, Gavin Gasior, and Brayden Pollino, and a sister and brother-in-law, Marie and Gary Aheimer, Cleveland, OH.
Friends will be received Monday from 10 a.m. until the time of funeral service at 11 a.m. in the Holy Ghost Orthodox Church, Ambridge, with the Very Rev. Father William Evansky officiating.
Interment will follow in Economy Cemetery.
The Beaver County Special Unit will meet at 11:45 a.m. at the cemetery to provide full military honors.
