Robert Murgen

Robert Murgen, 91, of Baden, died Wednesday, September 28, 2016, in Beaver Elder Care.

Born April 1, 1925, in Greensburg, PA, a son of the late Michael and Stella Murgenovich, he was retired from Armco and was a member of St. Vladimir Ukrainian Orthodox Church. He was a U.S. Navy World War II veteran.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Judy Murgen, on June 13, 2012; a brother, George Murgenovich, and two sisters, Millie Kamzelski and Cecilia Ropon.

Surviving are a son, Mark Murgen, Bridgewater, and many nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received Thursday from 5 p.m. until time of Parastas service at 7:30 p.m. in the BOHN-MATICH FUNERAL HOME INC., 1099 Maplewood Ave., Ambridge. Translation of the body will follow to St. Vladimir Church, where a service will be held Friday at 11 a.m. with the Very Rev. Father Michael Kochis officiating.

Interment will follow in Economy Cemetery.
