Robert Kuzma

Robert Kuzma Jr., 56, of Economy Boro, died Wednesday, April 29, 2015, in Good Samaritan Hospice, Beaver.

Born April 14, 1959, in Sewickley, he was a son of Patricia Kuzma of Rochester and Robert Kuzma Sr. of Oregon. Bob was a former Lieutenant with the Ambridge Police Department with over 30 years of service. He was a member of the Beaver County Fire and Safety Commission, and had also served in the U.S. Navy for four years.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Debra Kotula Kuzma; two daughters, Katie Kuzma and her fiancé Greg Frederick, Ambridge, and Kimberlee Kuzma, at home; brothers, Michael Kuzma, Darlington, and Jeff (Melinda) Kuzma, Rochester; sisters, Sandy Kuzma, Ambridge; Kim Patterson and fiancé Steve, Charlotte, NC, and Nichole Kuzma (Tim), Industry; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Ted and Judy Kotula, Ambridge; brothers and sisters-in-law, Ted Jr. and Jodi Kotula, Baden, and Ken and Jessica Kotula, Cranberry Twp., and several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received Friday, May 1, 2015, from 2 to 8 p.m. in the BOHN-MATICH FUNERAL HOME INC., 1099 Maplewood Ave., Ambridge, where a service will be held Saturday, May 2, 2015, at 8:30 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian burial at 9 a.m. in Good Samaritan Church. Interment will follow in SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery.

The family would like to thank the staff at Good Samaritan Hospice for their kind and compassionate care of Bob.
