Robert E. Carlisle

Robert E. Carlisle, 65, of Ambridge, died Tuesday, December 5, 2017, in the VA Hospital, Aspinwall.

Born June 11, 1952, in Troy, Alabama, a son of the late Perry and Ellen Carlisle, he was a U.S. Army Vietnam veteran.

Surviving are one daughter, Ramiena Carlisle, New Brighton; three brothers and a sister-in-law, Glen Pearson, Canada; Kenny Carlisle, Ambridge; and Harold and Helen Roberson, Chicago, Ill.; and two sisters and a brother-in-law, Cynthia and Edward Freeman, Aliquippa and Karen Vaughn, Ambridge.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Joyce and Janice Carlisle, and a nephew, Gregory Carlisle.

Friends will be received Monday from 4 to 8 p.m. in the BOHN-MATICH FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 1099 Maplewood Ave., Ambridge, where a service will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Bryan K. Crawl officiating.

Interment will follow in Sylvania Hills Memorial Park.

The Beaver County Special Unit will meet at 12:30 p.m. at the cemetery to provide full military honors
