Norma McHenry

Norma “Ruth” McHenry, 77, of Ambridge, died Sunday, May 31, 2015, in Heritage Valley Sewickley.

Born July 7, 1937, in Granttown, WV, a daughter of the late George H. and Nancy Edna Kerns LeBlond, she was a member of Bridgewater Presbyterian Church and the American Legion Auxiliary of Ligonier.

Surviving are three sons and daughters-in-law, Robert “Wayne” and Sandy McHenry, Chinquapin, NC; Jimmy Michael and Rose McHenry, Fairmont, WV, and Kenny and Tracy McHenry, Parrish, FL; two daughters and a son-in-law, Norma Brown, Ambridge, and Kim and Scott “Jeff” Rose, Independence Twp.; a brother, Richard LeBlond, West Virginia; 15 grandchildren, and 19 great-grandchildren with another due in July.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Nancy Jo Brown; a granddaughter, Catrina Brown; a great-grandson, Aiden McHenry, and three brothers, Arthur, Donald and Johnny LeBlond.

Friends will be received Thursday from 2 to 4 and 6 p.m. until time of service at 7:30 p.m. in the BOHN-MATICH FUNERAL HOME INC., 1099 Maplewood Ave., Ambridge.

Interment will take place in Fairmont, WV, at a later date.
