Kathleen Connelly

Kathleen 'Kathy' Connelly, 61, formerly of Ambridge, died Friday, February 20, 2015, in UPMC Presbyterian Hospital.

Born March 21, 1953, in Pittsburgh, she was a daughter of the late John and Mary Karas Connelly.

Surviving are a daughter, Marcia Jahoda and Sam D'Ambrosio, New Galilee; five grandchildren, Joshua, Chase, Chance, Joey and Sam; a brother, John Connelly, Ambridge; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Maryanne and Dave Oldacker, New Brighton, and Christine Connelly, Ambridge; an aunt, Julia Karas, Fair Oaks; a sister-in-law, Donna Connelly, Bell Acres, and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, William Jahoda, in 2002, and a brother, Ronald Connelly.

Friends will be received Sunday from 1 to 5 p.m. in the BOHN-MATICH FUNERAL HOME INC., 1099 Maplewood Ave., Ambridge, where a service will be held Monday at 2:30 p.m., followed by a Mass of Christian burial at 3 p.m. in the Good Samaritan Church.

Interment will take place at Economy Cemetery
