Katherine Ann (Hodovuns) DeVincent

Katherine Hodovuns DeVincent, 77, of Ambridge, died Wednesday, November 1, 2017, in Villa St. Joseph.

Born September 16, 1940, in Sewickley, a daughter of the late Michael and Anna Bursky Hodovuns, she was retired from PNC Bank, Sewickley. She was a member of the Good Samaritan Church, the Christian Mothers, Ladies Guild and the Ladies of Charity.

Surviving are her husband, James F. DeVincent; a daughter, Beth DeVincent and her companion Alan Quel, Crafton; a special niece, Janet Hogan, Ambridge, and many other nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Peter and Michael Hodovuns.

Friends will be received Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. in the BOHN-MATICH FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 1099 Maplewood Ave., Ambridge, where a service will be held Friday at 9 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian burial at 9:30 in Good Samaritan Church.

Interment will take place at Good Samaritan Cemetery at a later date.

The Christian Mothers and Ladies Guild will recite a rosary Thursday at 5 p.m. in the funeral home.
