Jean (Stachowicz) Tackac

Jean Tackac, 74, formerly of Conway, died Friday, January 6, 2017, in Rochester Manor.

Born October 17, 1942, in Ambridge, a daughter of the late Walter and Margaret Stachowicz, she was a member of SS. Peter and Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard G. Tackac Sr., on December 26, 2012.

Surviving are two sons and daughters-in-law, Jeffrey and Tammy Tackac, Rochester, and Richard Jr. and Barbara Tackac, Hopewell Twp., and three grandchildren, Winter Tackac, Rochester; Amber and Justin Tackac, Hopewell Twp.

A private family memorial service will be held at the BOHN-MATICH FUNERAL HOME INC., 1099 Maplewood Ave., Ambridge, with Rev. Father Michael Polosky officiating.
