James Joseph Cybak

James Joseph Cybak, 55, of Ambridge, died Saturday, November 14, 2015, in Heritage Valley Beaver.

Born June 13, 1960, in Sewickley, a son of the late John and Mary Rodio Cybak, he was a member of SS. Peter & Paula Ukrainian Catholic Church, and the Ambridge Eagles.

Surviving are three brothers and sisters-in-law, Allan and Jamie Cybak, Ambridge; Richard and Jonelle Cybak, Baden and Robert Cybak, Ambridge; three sisters, Janice Celich, Ambridge; Jeanne Fryer, Harmony Twp. and Joyce A. Cybak, Brighton Twp., and many nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received Tuesday from 4 to 8 p.m. in the BOHN-MATICH FUNERAL HOME INC., 1099 Maplewood Ave., Ambridge, where a service will be held Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. followed by a funeral mass at 10 a.m. in SS. Peter & Paul Catholic Church with the Rev. Father Polosky officiating.

Interment will follow in SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery.

Parastas service will be held Tuesday at 7:45 p.m. in the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to SS. Peter & Paul Church.

The family would like to thank the nursing staff of 3 East at Friendship Ridge and also the staff at Heritage Valley Beaver for their care and compassion they gave Jim.
