Christine M. (Kraus) Peters

Christine M. Peters, 61, of Economy Borough died Sunday, December 30, 2018, at home, after a courageous battle with breast cancer. Born September 3, 1957, in Sewickley, a daughter of Margaret Pager Kraus of Aliquippa. Christine was employed by the Ambridge Area Jr. High School. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Drew Peters; a daughter, Jillian Peters McCullough and her wife, Mary McCullough of Ambridge; a brother and sister-in-law, Grant and Nicole Kraus, Pittsburgh; a nephew, Adam Trasport and his significant other, Crysta Clear. She was preceded in death by her sister, Elizabeth Trasport. Friends will be received Wednesday, January 2, 2019, from 4 to 8 p.m. at BOHN-MATICH FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 1099 Maplewood Ave., Ambridge. The family would like to thank AGH and the Cleveland Clinic for all of their hard work and taking care of our loved one.
